Let me tell you that it depends on one's choice which branch is better ok

As far as electrical engineering is concerned it is really a good branche but only if you are having keen interest in it.

Placement of electrical engineering is amazing future is also of electrical engineering as deisel and petrol vehicles are going to be transformed into electricals.

Go for it, it's really a interesting branch.

About placements:

Placements are so good that almost 70 percent of students get placed every year. But the highest and average package is yet to be raised.Many companies visited every year and most probably many students got the job from this institution. Many multinational companies come at the end of March and whole year recruitment has been processing. After the 3rd year, you can sit in the recruitment process.

About hostel :

Some hostels are newly built. They have very good infrastructure and facilities.

About faculty :

The faculty are highly professional Almost even an assistant professor also holds a Ph.D. Research always goes on with fellow students. But sometimes one may have to face troubles if they can't understand Hindi which is crucial if you want to live in central India.

Campus Life:

It is all just ok. Because there will be competition everywhere and almost all those who have previous experience are boarded. The clubs, societies, sports all follow the same way. They don't give a value for your passion to learn it. What they all need is a previous attachment with that particular skill. Labs are in very good condition.
