IIT gandhinagar is really a good place in  terms of campus infrastucture, academics and faculty intercation. The M.Tech courses are also upto standards in terms if new IITs. so you must go for it.

IIT Gandhinagar for m.tech civil engineering is a good option. In all Universities it comes on 15th rank and NIRF Ranking is 24th. Total fees for course is 51000 INR. And the selection process is through Gate and total no. Of student in M.TECH civil engineering is 40.
So it's a good option.
