Hi, 

JIPMER is one of the premium medical colleges for UG and PG medical courses. It has two campuses one at pondicherry which is the oldest and a new campus at karaikal. 

Being new has its cons too with respect to the position it holds across the country. 

As per the PG courses the faculty are no doubt good but the facilities are not at par with its pondicherry campus. But with time it will attain all the facilities soon. 

As per the patient inflow, jipmer pondicherry being the oldest has maximum patient inflow. While karaikal is a budding campus and for sometime it used the govt hospitals for its patients

However hopefully it will catch upto to its parent campus soon enough.
