Hello student,

IPU is an average university.  If you are going to pursue engineering there, it is completely your choice.

The faculties there are well educated with some of them being PHDs and others have done masters from reputed colleges like NITs. They teach you well, and help in guiding. The college has upto date facilities like labs and equipment, available for students.

The environment for study lacks there. You need to be well determined and focussed. The students are generally indulged in other activities. But it solely lies on your strength to resist the negatives.

There's nothing wrong in choosing LPU, but you definitely have other good options too. Keep it as the last resort.

Environment are made by students it doesn't have to do anything with the college. Lovely professional university is a pretty good University and has 4000 highly qualified faculties.It is a bit high priced and is a largest single-campus university in India. You can get a life here with a good education. 

You can go for it.
