Manipal Academy of Higher Education, formerly Manipal University, is a reputed university of India. MAHE offers admissions to various postgraduate programs like M.Sc. throught the Manipal Entrance Test(MET).

As for your question, it is a good option for M.Sc. as there are ample amount of opportunities available and the placement statistics are also good. The only downside would be that it is slighlty on the costlier side, but except that it is an excellent option.
