JEE requires conceptual clarity and problem solving from students. Specifically for chemistrt one needs to be thorough with all the chemical mechanisms, facts, equations and numerical questions.
NCERT Chemistry class XI and XII are the must read books for the same. Infact if ypu do these books completely, 70% of your syllabus is covered.
Rest ypu can do with previous year questions and other problems
