Hello,

NCERT for Chemistry is most important book and one should always start with it but is is definitely not enough.If you aim is just to qualify and you don't have much time then you can rely on NCERT but if you want to score good marks then you will have cover books like RC Mukherjee,OP Tondon,Morrison and Boyd, only then you can get good marks in JEE.
Still if you are going for just NCERT then i would recommend you to additional have a arihant book and also solve past year papers.

Hey there hope you are doing well. Yes NCERT is sufficient for JEE mains specially for chemistry. You can study the entire organic and inorganic chemistry directly from the textbook and try to solve previous year problems. for physical chemistry you should study the NCERT textbook haroli and also try to solve the example problems and do the previous year questions as well.
