NCERT for Chemistry is most important book and one should always start with it but is is definitely not enough.If you aim is just to qualify and you don't have much time then you can rely on NCERT but if you want to score good marks then you will have cover books like RC Mukherjee,OP Tondon,Morrison and Boyd, only then you can get good marks in JEE.
Still if you are going for just NCERT then i would recommend you to additional have a arihant book and also solve past year papers.
