Hi Mayur,
Hope you are doing well. PESIT south campus is also one of the best options for Computer Science Engineering. It would be worth joining the college. The placements of this college are decent when compared to other colleges. As it a part of the PES main campus, there is no much difference between both the colleges. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
