It is an overall average college.

The fees for B.Tech course is  around 5.5 lacs, the placements there are also pretty average with most placements offered to the CSE students for around 3lacs per annum (avg. salary package)

The student culture is not so great and as per peer reviews, the hostel and mess facilities are lacking in quality as well as maintenance.

the faculty there is hit or miss (some good, some not so good)

infrastructure is good but lacks maintenance

the library is pretty good for research purposes and the internet facilities are good too.

PLACEMENTS : Placements are not upto the marks. Overall 50-60 percent students get placed from software branches. The percentage is lesser in core branches. 7.8 LPA is the highest package and average package is approximately 3 LPA. TCS, capgemini, NVDI, Red hat are top recruit companies visits. Placements depends on the capabilities of the students.

INFRASTRUCTURE : Infrastructure is great. Wifi facilities, air conditioned classrooms, well equipped laboratories, library, sports complex, hostel and canteen are all available.

FACULTY : Faculty members are mostly seniors, qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. The teaching methods adopted are also efficient. The course curriculum is quite relevant, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. However, there are many programs that help you to be industry-ready.

The Rajarambapu Institute of Technology is good which is established in the year 1983.

Placements: Around 80% of the students get placed from this college. In the final year, a student is given 4 choices for the 8th semester, he gets to choose either an internship, a capstone project, research, or entrepreneurship development. 10 LPA is the highest package and average package is approximately 3 LPA. TCS, capgemini, NVDI, Red hat are top recruit companies visits. Almost everyone who fits well for internship, college offers if student want, if they don't want they can go for projects.

Infrastructure: Well-equipped labs are available for students as and when needed. Nearly 500 Mbps Wi-Fi is available which gets distributed among users. Basketball court, volleyball court, football ground, indoor badminton court are available for students. The quality of food served in the hostel is certainly above average as one would expect from a hostel mess. The doctor is available on the hostel and his charges are included in the hostel fees. In case a student needs immediate hospitalisation, an ambulance of the hostel is also available.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members in this college were Ph.D. holders. Teaching quality is very good.The course curriculum was set in a very good manner. They will be providing some technical training.

BACKGROUND- The Rajarambapu Institute of Technology is a private institute which was formerly known as College of Engineering that was established in the year 1983.

CAMPUS- It has a beautiful, lush-green campus spread over an area of 42 acres. RIT has been in the arena of providing education for over thirty years.

Courses Offered- BTech, BTech Lateral Entry, Diploma, MTech, PhD & Business and Management Studies programs in over many specialisation

PLACEMENT - The highest package offered is 10 Lacs, the lowest package offered 3 Lacs and the average package offered is 4 Lacs. M.Tech placements are not as good as B.Tech. Top recruiting companies are TCS, KPIT, RR CAD, KBL.

Infrastructure: Hostel is good. Cameras are installed in campus for security. Medical facilities are provided by the college. There are 4 cafeterias inside the campus.  The library is huge with about 1,00,000 books. The workshop is huge and different types of engines are available.
