Hi Kalyanaraman, the IBSAT exam is divided into 4 sections of 2 hours. The total score is 140 with no negative marking. The split of 140 questions is as follows:

1) Data Adequacy and Data Interpretation = 30

2) Quantitative Techniques = 30

3) Reading Comprehension = 30

4) Verbal Ability = 50

Generally percentile is not dependent on the score alone directly. It depends on the score obtained by you out of the total and also how much people has score less than your score.

The score will be out of 140 but the percentile will be out of 100. Taking your example your score will be 78/140. And the percentile depends on how much percentage of the appeared students have scored less than your score of 78
