Placements : All the students got placed with the highest package in the range of 28-32 Lacs. This range is because fixed and variable components make a lot of difference. Over 180 companies visit the campus, HUL, ITC, Marico, Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Reliance Industries, Cummins, and Tata Motors, to name a few. The roles offered would vary, but all the companies offer their top profiles to the students. The average salary is 17 Lacs, and the median would be 14-15 Lacs as per a rough estimate. The placement cell is highly transparent, cooperative and approachable, unlike other campuses.

Infrastructure : The college has world-class infrastructure. The entire campus along with hostels and classrooms are enabled with Wi-Fi. The sports and recreational activities like swimming, basketball, carrom, snooker, squash, badminton, cricket, football, etc., are provided on the campus. There is a canteen, coffee shop, grocery shop and mess on the campus. There is also a midnight canteen for students which serves good food.

Faculty : The teachers at SIMS are helpful and knowledgeable. The college organises a lot of lectures by the industry experts. The professors from other universities, and even from outside India visit the college and brightens the students with their wisdom. The college organises Alumni sessions for students by different council-teams of the institute.

SIMS Pune is among the league of top B Schools in India. It falls under the Symbiosis set of colleges. It always maintains 100% placements with an average of 8.5LPA and highest of 18 LPA. The faculty are really good at the subject adn have high relevant experience. The infrastructure is alos good for a B school environment. However, as a college, not many FMCG or marketing firms visit the campus. It is more of IT and IT sales. So think and choose wisely.
