Placements in college are good because it is the oldest and reputed college in India. Around 60-70% of the students get placed every year. More of them go for higher studies. Reputed companies like Indian Oil, BPCL, ONGC, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., Vedanta, Honeywell, etc., visit the campus for placements of the chemical engineering department.
