The placement on an average by Hooghly Engineering and Technology College are rated around 6.5 out of 10 depending on the course that you are enrolled in. Placements are  good as wide range of companies come for campussing such as WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, L&T, TATA etc. In the year of 2019, there were a total of 82 companies  interviewing the  students for campussing.
