Almost all NIT's offer MTech in VLSI, Communication. For Nit's you have to register for CCMT counseling. For IIT'S, BITS(ALL CAMPUSES), IIIT'S(HYDERABAD, BANGALORE, DELHI) you have to apply through their respective counseling. In CCMT, IIIT Allahabad and IIIT Gwalior also participate. These are some of the best colleges in the country. Securing a seat in any one of the colleges would be great.
