It depends on the factors by which the college takes admission. There might be some free seats as there are more then 1 round for counselling. It will only be known if enquired to the counselling board. They show the free seats left after a round of counselling.

These are always kept confidential. If you hope that you can get an admission then wait until the last round of counselling. CSE branch gets filled up quickly.
