It is quite difficult to predict the exact cutoffs since they change every year based upon various factors such has total aspirants, difficulty level o exam, previous year cutoffs, etc.

Allahabad University has not released the cutoff for BA programme yet. However the cutoffs for Bsc Maths have been released. Last year for BA programme the cutoff for SC category candidates for the last round was 121, it had started form 192 for round 1. You can expect the cutoffs to be more or less the same with some changes.
