There are  aproxx. 30K government MBBS seats through NEET. 15% government college seats are filled through all india quota counselling (Except J&K state government college seats) and rest are filled trough individual state level counselling based on NEET merit.

Armed force medical college (AFMC) conduct their own counselling based on NEET score/rank to fill all the seats. AIIMS and JIPMER conduct their own entrance exam to fill their respective seats.

There are total of approximately 25k govt mbbs seats across country available in neet but you are not eligible for all you are eligible for only govt seat of the state you have domicile of but you can get through others state by applying for the 15% reserved all India quota
