this question depends on the semantics of your study pattern! moreover aiming for a rank below 20k is pretty mediocre in my opinion. try aiming for a rank below 10k to be able to secure a decent seat in a decent NIT.
ill make a few assumptions before answering your question;
- youre not taking any coaching
- you have all the necessary material to study
- youre referring to online sources for extra guidance.
under these conditions, spending about 4 hours a day rigorously and religiously should help you prepare fairly well. combine this with research on paper pattern, solving pyqs and understanding the questions appearing in the exam you should be doing extra-ordinarily well.
