Greetings!
In my opinion, This totally depend on personal capabilities of grasping a concept, rest assure you have to do plenty of practice to make your concepts very strong and clear. You should not bound yourself with the hours of studies, you should pick concepts for a day and try to complete it, don't bother how much time really takes. Make a timetable, divide your concepts for the days you have left and follow that, practice questions afterward. But, if still you need numbers, All coaching insist on 6–8 hours of study. Let’s assume you put in average of 7 hours of self study. Coaching is for roughly 6 hours. This routine happens 6 days a week. You are regular in school and have coaching for 4 hours in the evening 4 days a week. That is 5 hours of proper teaching.

I believe with little more than 4 months to go for JEE Main 2021, regularly preparation which includes revision, solving questions and reviewing them as well as reading the crucial chapters, of atleast 5-6 hours a day is more than enough. You should also schedule a test series every alternate week from now on as well as solve previous years once your Syllabus is Complete. Hope that helps.
