As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% State quota seats then to be on safer side you should score above 510 marks to secure a seat in government medical College.i hope this information helps you.

Getting in government medical college is high competition so as per my knowledge you should get more than 350 plus NEET score
