Here is a list of the probable cutoff marks and ranks for the various streams of engineering at VIT Vellore:

Computer Science and Engineering - 7000 - 65 marks
Information Technology - 12000 - 40 marks
Bio medical Engineering - 45000 - <31 marks
Biotechnology - 20000 - 31 marks
Civil Engineering - 35000 - <31 marks
Electronics and Communication Engineering - 14500 - 45 marks
Electrical and Electronics Engineering - 15500 - 40 marks
Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering - 18500 - 37 marks
Mechanical Engineering - 19500 - 32 marks
Chemical Engineering - 19500 - 32 marks

This is on the basis of previous year ranks.
