In order to participate in counselling you need to score qualifying marks of NEET. The qualifying score of NEET 2019 was-

For unreserved- 701 to 134

For OBC/SC/ST- 133- 107 

For unreserved( PH)- 133- 120

So if your score is equal Or more than your category you fit in, you are eligible for participating in telangana mbsb counselling.
