You did not mention about the college and state of your preference. Generally the admission in BSc depends purely on merit.

College generally do not conduct their entrance. Very few of the colleges conduct exam.

The eligibility basically 10 + 2 completion above 50% aggregate from a recognized college / university.

So the minimum aggregate you need in 12th board is 50 % aggregate. With this, you apply anywhere and in any branch

Then each stream for BSc. will have a different cutoff. Hence it is best advised that you contact the respective admission department of the college where you wish to seek admission.
