BAMS & other Ayush courses admission is through NEET Entrance Exam. It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates Etc.

But if you are targeting top Government colleges then try to score more than 450-500 & private colleges you might get with more than 300 score. The cutoff can differ college to college.
