It is quite difficult to predict the score in order to secure a rank 300 because the total marks for JEE Advanced changes every year, it does not remain the same. Also the rank depends on various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score, total number of candidates belonging to your category appeared for JEE Advanced, normalization of marks etc. A score would be 45-50% of total marks. So you should aim to score 45-50% of total marks in JEE Advanced.
