Hello Kanhaiya,thanks for asking this question on this platform.actually admission in any nit depends upon the cutoff of that particular year and your caste .and if you are from general category then you have to score around 150-200 for getting a good nit with a good branch and if you score more then 220 then you can definitely get a very good college with a very good branch .thanks

Inorder to get into the NIT you need to score atleast of 150+ marks in JEE mains if you are from General Category . Infact if you want to take only the NIT premises then only 150 is sufficient but if you wish to take the top branches like CSE / IT / ELECTRICAL in top 10 premises of NIT then you should have a target of 180+ in JEE mains then only you can think of to take the top branches.
