Last year (2017), the cut off for AIIMS, New Delhi for the OBC quota was OBC rank 5,590 (based on the rank list of AIIMS) who scored a percentile of 98.0550008. The last rank to be admitted differs from place to place. For example, the last rank admitted in AIIMS Rishikesh was OBC Rank 6,768 who secured a percentile of 97.6417318.

The total questions in AIIMS are 200, of which you need to score 150+ to get a seat in one of the AIIMS.
