As we know the AIIMS Delhi is one of the top known prestigious institutions for medical courses and hence there is very tough competition for it so according to that we should score good marks in NEET. As we go through the latest cut-offs then it shows that if you want get seat in AIIMS Delhi then being a SC category aspirant one needs to secure at least 620 marks in NEET 2021.

AIIMS Delhi have total 107 seats. 50 for general candidates, 27 for OBC, 15 for SC, 8 for ST and 5% seat reserved for PWD candidate and 7 seats are reserved for foreign nationals candidate.  So if you are a SC candidate then you also a tough competition to getting Delhi AIIMS. General sc candidate marks will be 40% in order of qualify the examination. Your score minimum 130 above. But if you want to AIIMS then you get more marks to secure your seat.
