To get admission in a government medical minimum 500+ score is required in NEET if you're applying through 85% state quota seats. Whereas for 15% AIQ seats, you need to score maximum around 560+ to be on a safe side. As the cutoff marks and ranks range for admission changes every year so the marks can't be predicted this way. And therefore you need to keep high target and prepare accordingly. There is no such facility of free college fees in any medical colleges. Instead there is very less fees in thousands in most government medical colleges. Also there is freeship card facility provided by some colleges which is for the reserved category candidates i.e SC/ST/OBC.
