The cut off for the previous three years for MBBS seat in gmch32 has floated around 530-540. Each coaching has different level of difficulty in their test series. Test series which are easier than the actual paper then for that series you need to score around 550 and for those test series whose level of difficulty is more than the actual paper, in that case, a score above 495 is a safe bet.

Focus on scoring better after each test and aim higher than the previous year cut off and prepare accordingly, then only you would be able to score sufficiently.
