How many marks should an sc student need to score to get seat in iiit

Dear friend,

To get admission in IIT you need to score 65% in your board exam and you should be among the top 2,20,000 (including all categories) by scoring positive marks in Paper-1 of JEE (Main) .

You would need atleast a hundred marks to get a seat. For having higher chances, aim for 250 mark. It would help you to stand a chance for NIT's as well.
