Hi

I am assuming that you belong to general category

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Telangana

First of all  nothing like a free seat is there, even in government colleges , you have to pay fee it's justthat it is very low when compared to private medical colleges

Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

In neet 2019 , 502 marks for generalcategory was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Telangana state quota and it was for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

But yes,

cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like

>>>>>>> number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

>>>>>>>kind of marks obtained by students in neet ,

>>>>>>>toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So , to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least 50 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 i. earound 550marks in neet 2021 to get a seat in aGovernment Medical College

Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
