You should know that only the admission to 15% all India quota seats of veterinary Colleges is through neet 2019 UG exam . The admission to the rest of the seats is done through MHT CET. Since you asked for the neet cutoff, let me tell you that it is difficult to find the exact cutoff score for bvsc. This is because there is no previous data as this course has been added to neet only recently . However it is safe to say that a score of 400+ will fetch you a seat.
