VIT Amaravati is a new campus, whose intake would start from last year for the very first time.

So, there would be no clear idea for how many marks or rank is required in VITEEE to get a seat in amaravathi.

However my guess will be that people will prefer Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, Amravati.(in this order) So competition wouldn't be that much for Amaravati campus right now, so there is good chance that you will get your choice of branch in Amravati even if you score 80-100.
