Basically for any engineering college the cut offs vary on the basis of your choice of stream as well as your categories so, if you could elaborate on that aspect, I would be able to help you better.

Nonetheless, I believe that a score of above 100 would ensure a seat in the college. Whether you get the desired stream or not depends entirely on your choice and your category.
