Taking reference from the previous year's cutoff marks, a good NEET score can range anywhere between 720 - 147 for MBBS admissions. What is a good rank in NEET, Students must score at least 670 690 marks to feature in the list of top 100 .
NEET Percentile Based on Marks
For the general or unreserved category of students, the cut-off percentile is 50 which means that you need to score approximately 360 or above in order to get admission to MBBS in a government college.
SC/ST/OBC: 40
General category: 50 ( this is also equally important)

any score above 650 will fetch you a rank within top 4-5k which will to enough to fetch you a seat in either AIIMS or The top colleges of the respective state.

for just getting a seat in government medical college , 610 marks will be suffice.
