Before proceeding to this answer let me clear you one thing that IIITs do not entertain homestate reservation. There is no reservation like OBC, SC/ST or any other kind but there is not any special benefit for homestate students too in cutoff or admission in IITs.

Now, if we look at the last closing rank for IIT Hyderabad for an OBC candidate then it was 3917 (OBC rank) for Biomedical Engineering branch in year 2020. Now if we calculate general rank on this obc rank then, it will somewhere between 10500 to 12,000. So we can say that if you get rank around 11,000 then you can get the seat in IIT Hyderabad.

Now to get this rank you need to score at least 34% in JEE Advanced paper. Because last year(2020), 122 marks out of 360 total was fetching rank of 12,000.
