You will have to appear for neet 2020 , and should score 45 th ie 115 marks for PH general

40th ie 105marks forS St/OBC, (PH) in NEET

That's the cut off, now cut off changes every year and is dependent on various factors like no of candidates appeared for entrance exam, no of candidates qualified, top meet score and difficulty level of exam

Sarat, Persons with Disabikity Reservation is not a vertical reservation like OBC, EWS, SC,ST reservations. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example, if you belong to OBC and you have PWD reservation, then you are eligible for OBC-PWD reservation. So please do help us with your Category and the State you belong to.
