Hello aspirant. Your question is incomplete. If you are asking about MBA then your CLAT percentile is important to take admissions in IIMs. Top IIMs also consider 12th marks so the more the better. 

For MBBS, you need to qualify NEET with at least around 600 tk confirm a seat in government colleges for general category.
