For getting a seat of mbbs private medical college try to have score of 40 percentile and above in neet ug exam.
However if you wish to get a mbbs seat in govt. Medical college through all india quota counselling under SC category , try to have score of 475+ marks in neet ug exam.

As per the NEET 2017 statistics, out of 10,90,085 candidates who appeared, only 6,11,539 could qualify the exam by scoring marks equal to or more than the NEET Cut off qualifying percentile requirements. As per the data, unreserved candidates had to score atleast 131 marks in NEET 2017 in order to get equal to or above the 50thpercentile and reserved category candidates had to score at least 107 marks in order to get equal to or above the 40thpercentile as per the qualifying Cut off requirements of NEET.

Under All India Quota, the rank range was between 636 to 37095 which corresponds to a score range of 400 - 580, for SC.

Going by the trend you shoulf get a medical college witha a marks of 400 through state quota. Through all india quota it is slightly on the higher side.
But for reputed college you should target a score of wooping 500.
