Rank depends upon number of factors apart from the marks you scored like difficulty level of the paper and highest marks scored by a student so it is hard to predict rank with marks. However based on previous year records I can conclude that you'll require to score above 180 in order to get a rank in top 1000, you category also plays an important role here.

Hope it helps.

Thank you.
