According to last year's cutoffs, you need 123 rank in ST category, which is around 147 marks(according to 2018 cutoffs) for CS in NITK.

As per JoSAA previous year opening and closing ranks for NITK CSE, you need to have a ST category rank under 750.
In Jee main score card you can easily find your category rank.
So, if it's under 750 you can get NITK easily.
