To get admission into AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) , one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India, you need to score very high marks in the NEET UG exam , as it is the only entrance exam used for AIIMS MBBS admissions now.

For General category students , you usually need to score above 680–710 marks out of 720 in NEET to have a chance at AIIMS Delhi, which is the topmost among all AIIMS institutions.
