yes 95% of the asked questions in biology are from NCERT in NEET.
see it is all based on your preparation if you have studied any coaching package alongside they mention important things regarding a particular topic which has been asked in previous years paper so the questions are most likely to be from ncert and a little bit from the extension of the topic that was important. make sure you read every line & every word from ncert thouroughly

Yes you've got correct information regarding the maximum portion in NEET from NCERT. Most of the questions in NEET are NCERT based. In biology section, 90-95% questions come directly from NCERT. The rest are usually related to current affairs or are from the recent advances in science. There are some questions beyond the scope of NCERT. But these questions are very less, generally 5-10. These are just the rank deciding type of questions. So first focus primely on the major portion.

The physics and chemistry part is also NCERT based mostly. The questions asked can be solved by applying the concepts given in NCERT.

require depth knowledge which you will get from reference book.

in NEET , biology section is solely from NCERT , therefore the information you got is true.

the physics and chemistry are a little extra and not solely from NCERT , although it is based wholely from ncert concepts and formulas , so you can prepare for these subjects from ncert only.
