You have not mentioned your category to which you belong to. But we try to give you a rough idea on how many marks you need to score. If you belong to general category then you must score 340 or above and out of 400 marks and rank must be below 1000 if you are from reserved category then you must score 280-300 and rank must be 2000 below. You need to score above cut off marks to be able to get a seat in NIT.
I hope you are doing good.
For a general student to get a good NITs the percentile should be around 97 and above. If you want to get good branch then your percentile should be 99 and above, for OBC the percentile should be same but if you are SC and ST then a 92 or above percentile is enough.
