You need to score between 95 + % in 12th in order ti get admission in top colleges for doing your b.com

Here is the cutoffs of Top colleges under which offer b.com along with their cut off :

Hindu College : 97. 25%
Shri Venkateswara College : 96. 5%
Hans Raj college : 97. 25%
Shaheed Bhagat Singh College : 95%
Jesus & Mary College :97%
Shri Guru Govind college of commerce : 96. 5%
Indraprastha College :96%
Kamala Neheru College :97%
