Have you checked the 2018 NEET question paper? Since Bio have more weightage , the total number of questions in biology are 90. It is not possible to mention each and every question, but Out of 90 , around 82-84 questions were from the NCERT class 11 & 12 Biology text books . Few questions were too direct , and you can figure out them easily that those questions  were from NCERT, though the questions focus on your fundamentals and easy but most of the questions were indirect , which can be easily answered if little logic is applied to understand the concept behind it.

SO the maximum questions i.e. 89% questions were from NCERT itself according to the NEET UG 2018 exam pattern.For 2019 NEET, still NTA hasn't declared any pattern in particular .
