Entrance Examination Forms (UGPET) can be obtained and fill online through university website “www.mitwpu.edu.in” with the online payment for Rs. 1000/- (Non Refundable) through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Candidate need to uploading their recent colour passport size photograph in application form.

Once the Candidate registered his/her online application form, he/ she will receive an email regarding their “login Credentials” from EASEBUZZ.

Candidates need to click on “Confirm & Submit” tag from the "Declaration" page of the Online Form; by using “login credentials”. Candidate can download his/her UGPET ADMIT CARD from the same login page...
