As you said your counselling date is in the 11th May from the 8:30 onwards that mean your VITEEE rank will be approx to 30k and based upon that it might be somewhat harder for you to get into the CSE of Vellore premises but yaah might can get into the CSE of other premises i.e Chennai, Amravati, Bhopal as well.
