The maximum marks for JEE advance is not fixed and it keeps on changing every year therefore it is not possible to tell you exactly how much marks you need to score to get 9000 rank.

Apart from variable maximum marks the difficulty level is not constant some time questions paper come very difficult and it becomes very hard to score more marks in therefore in that case even with lesser marks you get a decent rank therefore it totally depends upon the exam.
